Before You Buy

At Predator Exclusives, we want to help all our customers find the right gear to meet their needs and avoid unnecessary returns. That is why we encourage everyone to contact us by phone or email to ask questions about our products and our shipping & return policies. Our goal is to minimize returns by offering exceptional customer service that allows you to become extremely educated on an item before making the purchase.

General Shipping Information

  • Gear is shipped from and returned to Pennsylvania.
    • To offer the lowest price possible, some items ship directly from the manufacturer.
    • In rare circumstances, an item that ships from another location may not qualify for expedited shipping options.
  • All packages ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
    • UPS and Fedex will not deliver to PO Boxes. Those carriers require a physical street address.
  • We do not ship outside the United States. Free and Flat Rate Shipping do not apply to AK or HI.
  • Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day.
    • Although rare, there maybe exceptions during busy or peak seasons.
    • Some special order items require 2-7 business day process times.
    • Please call us before you place your order if you have questions about the delivery date.
  • Estimated delivery times are estimates only and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Most often, packages arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you need a product by a certain date, please give us a call so we can work with you to get your order in time.
  • Although rare, mistakes can happen and an item you have ordered might be out of stock. In these cases, you will be notified and given the option to wait for the item to become available again or request a full refund for the item.
