Before You Buy

At Predator Exclusives, we want to help all our customers find the right gear to meet their needs and avoid unnecessary returns. That is why we encourage everyone to contact us by phone or email to ask questions about our products and our shipping & return policies. Our goal is to minimize returns by offering exceptional customer service that allows you to become extremely educated on an item before making the purchase.

When a return or cancellation is unavoidable, we are happy to work with you to issue a refund based on the policies outlined below.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be fully refunded, minus a 3% transaction fee.
  • To cancel your order, please email Ian@PredatorExclusives.com and reference your order number. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive a confirmation that your request has been received.
  • Cancellation requests after the order has shipped will be considered a General Return and adhere to the policies outlined below.

 

General Returns

 The policies listed below apply to all returns unless otherwise stated.

  • Notify Predator Exclusives via email within 3 days of the delivery date
  • Predator Exclusives will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must include the RMA with your return.
  • Refunds will be issued after the item(s) has been received and evaluated by Predator Exclusives. 
  • Returned, non-defective items will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee and a 3% transaction fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
    • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping costs.
    • Returned items will be shipped to Predator Exclusives at the customer’s expense.
    • Predator Exclusives is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the return shipping process. We strongly advise you to purchase shipping insurance on all returned items.
  • Returned items must be like new and in the original packaging with no signs of damage or use, including the product packaging, manuals and accessories.
  • If an item is returned and does not meet the above requirements, Predator Exclusives will contact you to discuss possible options.

Returning Defective Items

Predator Exclusives only works with vendors we trust and have established relationships with. However, the occasional defective item is still possible even from the best vendors. Our customers are our number one priority and we are committed to working with you to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Predator Exclusives will help you work with our vendors to resolve warranty claims. A refund/replacement will only be provided after confirmation of the defect by Predator Exclusives and after communication with the vendor. All defective items will be replaced with the same like and kind. Order modifications and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case scenario. In the event the item needs to be returned to Predator Exclusives and not the vendor, please see instruction below:

  • Notify Predator Exclusives via email within 3 days of the delivery date
    • Email Ian@PredatorExclusives.com, reference your order number, and explain the defect. Please be specific and provide photo/video to support the claim, when possible.
    • A request made more than 3 days after delivery will be considered a General Return.
  • Predator Exclusives will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must include the RMA with your return.
  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Predator Exclusives. 
    • Predator Exclusives is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Returning Special Ordered Items

  • Special ordered items may not be returned unless they are damaged upon receipt (See the Returning Defective Items section above). 
  • Predator Exclusives must be noticed via email within 3 days of the delivery date

 

Returning Used and Dealer Demo Items

  • Used and Dealer Demo items may not be returned unless they are damaged upon receipt (See the Returning Defective Items section above). 
  • Predator Exclusives must be noticed via email within 3 days of the delivery date
